Volunteer Signup

In order to sign up for volunteer shifts you must follow the link above and sign in to your parent account. Signups will be available once the SMYFA Official game schedule has been published.

As a reminder, the following rules were agreed to when you signed our Parent Contract:

  • Commit to MANDATORY game duty of a minimum of 4 shifts per family during the season on game days, either on the field, in the concession stand, or in the press box.
  • Provide a replacement (of at least 18 years of age) for that duty if I am unable to fulfill my responsibility. Responsibility for the fulfillment of the mandatory game duty lies with the originally assigned family. Any shift changes must be coordinated with the volunteer coordinator. If I fail to fulfill my obligation, my child will not be allowed to play in the following week’s game.
  • Report for my assigned duty on time. NO children are allowed in the concessions area, press box, or on the field.
